If something has gone wrong, please contact us before requesting a refund. We’ll always do our best to help.
Because Swift & Vine provides immediate access to digital services and AI-generated artwork, we generally cannot offer refunds simply because the artwork wasn’t what you expected or because you’ve changed your mind.
However, we’ll always investigate genuine problems such as:
- duplicate payments
- technical faults
- subscription errors
- billing mistakes
If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll put it right.
